Planning you can see, and suppliers who answer.

Every item a row, every week a column: projected stock from Business Central's open orders and the forecast, with exceptions in color and planned orders committed back to BC. Suppliers confirm purchase orders in their own portal, and accepted changes are written to the BC purchase line.

  • chasing confirmations by email and retyping dates into BC

A planning worksheet that fits on one screen

Projected stock by week or month for every item, built from BC's open sales, purchase and production orders plus the forecast. Items below safety stock, past due or in excess are highlighted in color, so you see the next problem without running a report.

  • Days, weeks or months
  • Filter by category, vendor, location or make/buy
  • Planned orders committed to Business Central as purchase and production orders

What to order today

The order planner lists only what needs action today: items that will go below safety stock within lead time, with the suggested quantity, the vendor and the date, ready to commit to Business Central.

Suppliers confirm in their own portal

Suppliers sign in with a single-use emailed link, then confirm each PO line or propose a new date, quantity, price or split. Buyers accept or reject in CourageMFG; accepted changes are written to the Business Central purchase line through the CourageMFG Portal extension.

  • No passwords for suppliers, and they see only their own orders
  • Messages with the buyer on each order
  • Automatic reminders for lines nobody has answered

Works on the supplier's phone

The supplier's view is built for a phone as much as a desk: confirm a line, propose a date or a split, message the buyer.
